Cheeky McDonalds workers snap selfie of Wayne Rooney

He is a doting dad who relishes spending time with his three boys.

But Wayne Rooney wasn't exactly 'lovin' it' when he was snapped waiting for his McDonalds' order in the Drive-thru with his son.

The footballer, 31, took a trip to a local brand in Warrington, Cheshire to pick up some fast food for his family - and took Kai, seven, along for the ride.

As he waited to receive his order, beaming McDonalds' worker Fred Reardon and an equally happy pal took their opportunity to get an impromptu selfie.

However, from the stony look on the Manchester United star's face, he wasn't entirely impressed.

The sportsman has returned from a prolonged family break in Ibiza with wife Coleen and their three boys, Kai, Klay, four, and their newest addition Kit, one.

Making the most of island life, Rooney's spent quality time together on the beach.

Wayne was seen lifting little Kit aloft like a trophy, the doting dad was seen smiling with his youngest child who in turn was reaching out to touch his father's face.

Donning a pair of reflective blue aviators and a baseball caps, Wayne was clearly protecting his fair skins from the harsh Spanish sun.

In the background Kai and Klay were seen enjoying their seaside experience. 

In another snap the whole family we re spotted sitting in their speedboat enjoying a laugh.

Coleen and Wayne sat at the end of the vessel and looked on dotingly as their offspring.

Coleen was seen in a floral top and dark Aviator shades. 

While she looked just incredible she has previously admitted that worry about her figure or exercising has taken a back-burner in her life.

She explained to Now magazine that she is in 'less of a rush' to get herself back into shape, having become a mother to three boys.

Coleen said: 'The more children I've had, I've been in less of a rush to get back in shape because after three births, your body is going to change.

'I think once you've had kids, they're more important than how you look. It’s not the end of the world â€" you just have to be confident.'

She went on to urge women to embrace their bodies for what they are and not focus on the insecurities, adding: 'After having kids, if you’ve got a bit of a wobbly belly that’s just part and parcel of who you are.

Wayne is currently holidaying with wife Coleen on what is her fifth holiday of the year.
