WHAT TO DO
If you want to show off your shoulders, try the âhaloâ, says celebrity personal trainer Nadya Fairweather.
Stand with a kettle bell in front of you. Bend your knees and pick it up, so the heavy end is facing upward. Hold one hand on each side of the handle. Tuck elbows in.
Bring kettle bell to one side, behind head, around to other shoulder and back in front of you. You can widen elbows as you circle, but bring in before you switch direction.
Repeat for 20 seconds, or five reps each direction. Make sure you start lighter and build up. (This is not recommended for pregnant women or those with high blood pressure).
