Hilarious gallery captures children’s creepiest drawings

Children are often encouraged to let their imaginations run wild.

But these creative youngsters probably gave their parents something of a fright after producing some extremely sinister drawings with their crayons. 

A selection of the creepiest kids' sketches have been shared on Playbuzz, including a picture of one little girl holding a knife to her father's neck - along with the poorly spelled, but still ominous caption: 'This is going to hapin to you'.

It's likely the mums and dads presented with these masterpieces by their proud offsprin g went on to sleep with one eye open...

One terrifying drawing shows a boy holding a pillow to his little brother's face, captioned with the words: 'Mom will be soo proud I got Timy to sleep'

A colourful drawing shows a man holding a knife over a woman lying in bed, with the caption: 'When your cut up while your sleeping' (sic)

The Kardashians were seen being crushed by the Hulk in another youngster's sketch, which also proved just how knowledgeable children are about the celebrity world 

Death preoccupies a number of the sketches, including one that imagines death as like being on a waterslide 

One girl drew a picture of herself with her 'best friend', who appears to be a terrifying demon 

One grandmother must have got a shock when she was handed a picture showing her grandchild laying flowers at her grave 

One budding artist drew a complex depiction of 'Canibalistic (sic) hill', which included a sketch of President George W. Bush 

A couple of other pictures show children with their imaginary demon friends following them 

Another youngster drew a picture of herself digging a grave with her long hair, with the words: 'Daer Sarah I nowe hawe much you love me bot I love you more evin wane you are dead' (sic) 

One child drew a picture that apparently showed herself handing over her sister to an alien 

One child had a very sinister message to give to her babysitter, drawing an axe falling towards her target with the caption: 'Dear Valerie, Get out of my life' 

Another schoolchild drew a terrifying picture of themselves as the devil, alongside their teacher who is chained up in hell. They captioned it with the words: 'My teacher is an atheist' 

This child thanked a neighbour with a very creepy Christmas card, featuring a monster-like Christmas tree 

When asked to draw a picture of a Christmas dream, this child wrote: 'Ho ho ho! merry death miss' 

Meanwhile, one child drew a picture of themselves 'breaking out of my tomb' when they're 100 years old
