Pet dogs Luna and Paco 'tie the knot' in £5,000 wedding
Aah, donât they make a yappy couple?
Meet Luna and Paco â" dogs who have just âtied the knotâ in Britainâs most expensive canine wedding.
With food, entertainment and outfits, their owners splashed out £5,000 to make sure the big day for the four-legged pals was, well... pawfect.
No expense was spared as the pair exchanged diamante collars rather than rings and tucked into a two-tiered cake of corned beef and mashed potato, decorated with bone-shaped dog biscuits.

Luna, a three-year-old puggle â" a pug and beagle cross â" is âutterly inseparableâ from shih tzu Paco â" who at 23 months old is quite the toyboy.
So their owners thought they would seal their love at a special garden ceremony. Twenty guests witnessed the nuptials at the home of Pacoâs owner Meg Jay, 39, in Ipswich. Looking resplendent in a bespoke silk gown, Luna walked down the aisle to the strains of Wagnerâs Bridal Chorus.
Mrs Jayâs husband Danny acted as vicar after taking an online course in how to conduct a ceremony, and asked the groom: âDo you Paco take Luna to be your woof in sickness and in health?â Luna barked her acquiescence.
After the register was signed with paw prints and guests enjoyed a buffet, a DJ played hits includin g Donny Osmondâs Puppy Love and Hound Dog by Elvis, and the two pooches supped from bowls of Pawsecco â" an infusion of elderflower water, carrot and ginseng.

Yesterday Lunaâs owner Hayley Windsor â" sister of Strictly Come Dancing professional Robin Windsor â" said: âPaco and Luna are just wildly in love, and utterly inseparable.
âWhen they go walking together, Paco starts barking and going mental if Luna so much as sniffs at another dog. We just felt a wedding is what they both would have wanted.â
The muttsâ nuptials marks an ongoing trend in pet weddings, which has been in fashion in the US for at least five years.
