The woman who acted as the body double for Ruth Wilson on The Affair has filed a lawsuit against the show, claiming she was fired after she aired her grievances on an incident she linked to sexual harassment.Â
Ashynn Alexander is suing Showtime alleging she was sacked from the show in September 2015 for reporting the altercation.Â
According to TMZ, Alexander said the assistant director posted the call sheet for a sexual scene, referring to her as 'Alison Sexytime Double' on the document.Â
Wilson's character on the show is named Allison and she is often naked.
Alexander then  confronted the Assistant Director in a meeting, and whil e he allegedly admitted his language was foul, he belittled her and added that she could be replaced.Â
She was fired, six days later.Â

In the suit, Showtime cites a change in Ashlynn's hair color as the reason she was let go.Â
But the actress said that she always wore a wig while on the show.Â
Alexander is suing the Assistant Directer and the production company of the network.Â
