A vintage plane was forced to make an emergency landing at an airshow this evening.
The incident took place at the display at the Duxford Imperial War Museum in Cambridgeshire around 5.30pm.
Witnesses described the plane wobbling in the air before making a 'loud bang' as it landed in a field.

The pilot is said to have come out unscathed in the emergency landing, which forced the closure of the M11.Â
Eyewitness Victoria wrote on Twitter: 'Saw it coming straight at us, wobbled then loud bang as it hit ground. Â Pilot did exceptionally well to land it safely.Â
'Great piloting. Amazed plane is in tact. Hell of a bang.'
A spokeswoman for IWM Duxford confirmed that one of the planes was forced to make an emergency landing.
She said the incident was now under control and that no one had been hurt in the incident.
She said: 'A plane had to make an emergency landing. Everything is safe and no one was hurt. The pilot is safe and well.'Â
Cambridgeshire Police said the M11 at Junction was closed for a short time while emergency crews dealt with the incident. Â
